Chris Doheny, the frontman for the popular pop-rock group Geisha, was killed in a car crash back on Sept. 19, according to reports.
He was 64.
Doheny was reportedly in a vehicle that collided with a truck near the Barossa Valley in Australia. Police there said the truck driver and his passenger were not injured.
“It is with deep sadness that Diamond Dog Records announces the passing of Geisha frontman, Chris Doheny,” his record label said in a statement according to Suggest.
“At this difficult time, we kindly ask for privacy and understanding as we, along with Chris’s family and friends, come to terms with this profound loss.”
