BISMARCK, ND (KXNET) — Eight crashes have been reported this week in North Dakota. Here is a quick summary of each one.

Sunday 09/28:

Two people, including a child, were killed in a crash in Watford City when a Peterbilt truck pulling a trailer failed to stop at a posted sign and struck the passenger side of a southbound 2013 Ford Fusion.

Tuesday 09/30:

A Grand Forks woman was arrested after a high-speed chase along U.S. Highway 2. Officers attempted to pull her over after noticing she had obstructed rear visibility and only one outside mirror, but she fled through three counties, hitting spike strips deployed by law enforcement until troopers used a pursuit intervention technique (PIT) to bring the car to a stop.
