KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - A Knox County man has been charged after he allegedly shot at a truck after getting off of I-75 on Wednesday.

According to court records obtained by WVLT News, officers responded to a reported road rage incident involving a firearm in the area of Callahan Drive and Old Callahan Drive just after 4:30 p.m.

While heading to the scene, officers found a red Jeep matching the suspect vehicle description and pulled it over in the 1300 block of Callahan Drive.

There, officers spoke with 67-year-old Charles Williams, of Mascot, who said there was a road rage incident involving himself and a Dodge Ram on I-75. He said the truck had been tailgating him but never hit his car.
