MT. STERLING, Ky. (WKYT) - A local car dealership stepped up to help a Mount Sterling teenager after seeing her story on WKYT last week.
Dan Cummins Auto Group fixed 17-year-old Bryleigh Allen’s car problems for free.
Emily Allen bought a 2012 Chevy Sonic for her daughter, Bryleigh, in January of this year. It was to help the teen get to and from work.
“I really wanted like a smaller car because I get a lot of anxiety when I was driving her vehicle,” said Bryleigh.
The purchase came from a buy here, pay here lot in Mt. Sterling. Paperwork indicates it was purchased “As-Is.”
The odometer read 115,000 miles, but the title showed 145,000.
Emily says they had problems nearly right away.
