LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — The Youth Men's Christian Association (YMCA) of Central Kentucky announced on Friday that the organization's High Street location, referred to as a cornerstone of downtown Lexington for more than six decades, would be sold.
The decision came from a vote by the Board of Directors to approve a contract with central Florida-based Tramell Webb Partners, Inc. According to the company's website, the developer specializes in "a wide range of real estate projects," including student housing.
