Fox Sports analyst Mark Sanchez was arrested in Indianapolis Saturday following an overnight stabbing that left him in the hospital and injured another man, according to the Indy Star .

The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department announced shortly after 5 p.m. that Sanchez had been arrested for multiple misdemeanors, including allegations of battery with injury, unlawful entry of a motor vehicle and public intoxication.

City police said that two men were involved in a verbal argument in an alley near the Indiana Statehouse at 12:30 a.m. Saturday.
