Agartala, 5 th October 2025 : As part of the Pradhan Mantri TB Mukt Bharat Abhiyaan, the NSS Unit of Subhashnagar H.S. School successfully concluded the first phase of a two-week awareness campaign with a special health awareness meeting held in the school’s adopted village. The primary objective of this campaign was to spread awareness among the rural population about Tuberculosis (TB), promote healthy preventive habits and inform villagers about available government healthcare facilities.

The inaugural awareness session held on 26th September 2025, witnessed the active participation of around 40 women from the village. During the session, NSS Programme Officer Mr. Raju Roy elaborated on the causes, transmission, symptoms, preventive measures and government initiativ
