Firefighters are battling flames at an apartment building in McKeesport.

Pittsburgh's Action News 4 is at the scene on 516 Sinclair Street where crews are working to put out the flames. Advertisement

Smoke could be seen coming from the top of the building. A few people still inside the building have their windows open and are leaning out.
