Another Michigan victory meant another climb up the college football rankings this week.
After the Wolverines dispatched struggling Wisconsin on Saturday, 24-10, they jumped five spots to No. 15 in the latest Associated Press Top-25 poll.
Michigan tied for the biggest leap of the week, moving in lockstep with Missouri, Notre Dame, Illinois, BYU and Virginia. 15 marks the team’s highest ranking since Week 2.
Sherrone Moore’s team also checked in at No. 15 in this week’s US LBM coaches’ poll.
Ohio State maintained the top spot in the AP poll after a 42-3 win over Minnesota, while Miami jumped up to No. 2 following its win at Florida State.
With the Hurricanes rising, idle Oregon fell one spot, to No. 3, in the AP poll. Ole Miss stood pat at No. 4, while Texas A&M rose one spot to No. 5.
