Fans were quick to say the same thing as Thomas Skinner and Amy Dowden became the first couple to leave Strictly Come Dancing.

The pair were revealed to be competing in the BBC One dance contest together this year during the series' pre-recorded launch show last month.

Former Apprentice star Thomas and professional dancer Amy were then seen peforming for the first time last weekend, as the 15 new couples took to the dance floor for week one of the competition.

The couples' scores from week one were then added to week two, before the addition of the public vote, and sadly, Thomas and Amy didn't fare too well.

Thomas and Amy ended the show with a joint score of 29, having performed an unexpected salsa to Bonkers by Dizzee Rascal and Armand Van Helden, for which they score
