Saiyaara's Aneet Padda opens up on scam auditions, cold emailing 70 producers

Actor Aneet Padda, who shot to fame with Mohit Suri’s 'Saiyaara', opened up about her early struggles and the long road that led to her success. Aneet shared how, at just 17, she landed on scam websites while searching for auditions and sent out nearly 50–70 cold emails to production companies in the hope of finding work.

In a conversation with 'Cosmopolitan India', the 'Saiyaara' actor, who has now become a household name alongside co-star Ahaan Panday , recalled that her fascination with acting began at the age of 10 after performing in a school play. “At the time, I felt acting was an interesting way of being ‘weird’ and one that was applauded,” she said, adding that the appreciation she received for her ‘weirdness’ stayed with her.
