Police are investigating after a boy suffered a broken leg when he was hit by a car in Warwickshire . Emergency services rushed to the scene in Stratford shortly before 9am on Thursday.
Police know who the driver is but are asking for witnesses and video footage to help them understand what happened.
A spokesman for Stratford Police said: "We're investigating a collision between a pedestrian and a driver that happened in Stratford on Thursday 2 October - did you see anything?
"At about 8.50am on Clopton Road - near to where it meets Justins Avenue - The driver of a car struck a boy, leaving him with a broken leg.
"We have identified the driver of the car and we're now asking for anyone who saw the incident, or who has dash cam footage, to get in touch with us."
