PITTSFORD — A plan that would give the town greater say in solar projects is on hold after some of the town's leaders took issue with the parts relating to "equity."

At its regular meeting on Oct. 1, the select board voted 2-3 on a motion to approve the Enhanced Energy Plan and forward it onto the Planning Commission to be incorporated into the Town Plan.
