AUSTIN, Texas — A pedestrian is dead following a hit-and-run crash in South Austin on Saturday night.
According to the Austin Police Department, the crash happened around 10:13 p.m. on Oct. 4 at the intersection of South First Street and Orland Boulevard.
The pedestrian, an unidentified man, was pronounced dead on the scene. The vehicle did not remain on the scene, police said.
