LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) -- The Jackson Police Department seized two guns and arrested two men last week after two separate reported felony assaults.
The first incident happened on Tuesday, Sept. 30, when officers were dispatched in response to a report that a woman's ex-boyfriend showed up at her home and pointed a rifle at her and her friends while threatening to shoot them.
According to police, he left before officers arrived, but they were able to locate and arrest him, seizing the gun in the process. Jackson police say they were able to "obtain a confession," and lodged him at the Jackson County Jail.
