At a packed town council meeting, people asked questions over government transparency.
This comes after they noticed the town’s plan of conservation and development was changed last year, without their knowledge. The plan on development and land use in town is updated every decade.
“We started asking questions in town council meetings and zoning meetings and we weren’t getting clarity so we started pressing more,” Kayla Bilodeau, of Plainville, said.
