In just her 68th game for the Michigan volleyball team, junior setter Morgan Burke became the 10th player in history to reach 2,000 assists. But her impact on the team isn’t just defined by that lofty number.
In Sunday’s matchup with No. 7 Wisconsin, Burke set up graduate outside hitter Allison Jacobs for a kill at the opening of the third set to reach the milestone in her 58th consecutive start.
