For the last two years, the No. 9 Michigan hockey team’s top line has featured its highest-scoring players. Whether it was then-junior T.J. Hughes with a 15-game point streak in the 2024-25 season or former forward Gavin Brindley leading the team in points in 2023-24, the Wolverines’ first line has historically produced the most points.
