Two people have died - and several others injured - in a spate of crashes on roads across the Midlands.

A Peugeot driver was killed in a three-car smash in Lichfield on Friday night, October 3.

A motorcyclist was also confirmed dead at the scene of a smash on the M6 on Monday, October 6.
