HARRIMAN, Tenn. (WVLT) - Harriman City Councilman Brian Frost and his son, Firefighter Bradley Frost, have been charged in connection to the shooting death of 18-year-old Holden Howse.

It happened on Aug. 30, according to investigators, when several teenagers were partying at the Harriman Mr. Clean Detail Shop. While partying with drugs and alcohol, District Attorney General Russell Johnson said Tuesday, the situation escalated and one of the teenagers ended up being shot and killed.
