KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT) - Scattered showers or a few storms this evening. The heaviest rain will end by midnight or so for most areas. A passing shower is possible through sunrise with clouds and lows in the mid 60s. Winds will turn northwest at 5-10 mph.

WEDNESDAY: Clouds will linger early with highs in the upper 60s to low 70s and a passing downpour. Lows will drop into the low to mid 50s.

LATE WEEK: Dry and cooler with highs in the low 70s and lows in the 40s to low 50s. Clouds will mix with sun Thursday and it will be mostly sunny Friday.
