LANSING, MI – A Chinese national will serve up to two decades in prison for operating commercial sex operations at illicit massage parlors in Michigan.

Huazi Piao, 61, was sentenced on Tuesday, Oct. 7, to 40 months to 20 years in prison for conducting a criminal enterprise in Wayne County, Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessel announced.
