SPRINGFIELD, Ore. - Authorities are searching for a missing 35-year-old woman, Megan Carter, last seen on October 6, according to the Springfield Police Department.

Police said that Carter was riding a beach cruiser style bicycle near Woodlane Drive. Megan was wearing a dark hoodie and black shorts. She has dark shoulder-length hair and hazel eyes. Authorities note she is experiencing mental health issues and cannot care for herself.
