KANOPOLIS, Kan. (KAKE) — After more than 70 years of movies under the stars, the Kanopolis Drive-In is going dark for the rest of the season.

One of the Owners, Tyson Moyer, told KAKE News Tuesday that their projector failed during their biggest weekend of the year — forcing them to cancel a Taylor Swift release party and their annual “Monsterama” campout.
