HORSEHEADS, N.Y. (WENY) -- It’s officially spooky season in the Twin Tiers, and that means pumpkins, costumes, and plenty of family fun. The Chemung County Sunrise Rotary Club will be hosting the ninth annual Pumpkin Express, returning Saturday, October 25th, from noon to 4 p.m. in Horseheads.
The event takes place between the Horseheads Diner and the American Legion on Old Ithaca Road. Organizers say the day will be filled with live music, food, storytelling, vendors, and, of course, the crowd favorite, train rides.
