PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Dim Sum happy hour? Sounds amazing! It is part of a brand new happy hour menu at Kembara at the J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge.

Kembara offers happy hour everyday from 4 to 6 p.m. on its Asian-inspired menu.

Every item on the menu at the north Phoenix resort is less than $13, so there’s some good value here and great food from Chef Angelo Sosa.

Let’s start with the skewers. The chicken satay skewer is made with turmeric, lemongrass, ginger and served with a cashew dipping sauce for $8.

The pork dumplings are hand-made and include ginger, garlic, scallion, jicama and cabbage. They are delicious and served with a soy sauce for dipping. They also serve a chicken version of the same thing, coming in at $11 on happy hour.
