MONETT, Mo. (KY3) - Doctors released a Monett Police Department officer from the hospital after a crash involving his patrol car.

The two-vehicle crash happened on Tuesday, October 8, at the intersection of Cleveland Avenue and 13th Street. The other driver suffered no injuries in the crash.

The crash damaged both vehicles extensively.

The officer spent the night in the hospital for his injuries.
