This Friday marks the final day to apply for TIF (Tax Increment Finance) dollars through the City of Macomb’s Residential Rehabilitation program. The program offers up to $5,000 for accepted applicants for upgrades to the exterior of the home that is facing the street.
Edwin Hay, who has called a house on East Carroll Street home for the last 30 years, was awarded $3,500 this summer as part of the program.
