SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - An arraignment hearing was held on Thursday, Oct. 9, in the case of Lucas Logan.
Logan, 31, was arrested on Saturday, Aug. 2, after Caddo deputies responded to reports of a sexual assault in Keithville.
Deputies found a young child who had been sexually assaulted lying “nearly lifeless” in the home, according to the sheriff’s office.
Logan was initially charged with first-degree rape, attempted first-degree murder, and parole fugitive. Sixteen counts of production of child porn were later added, as well as one count of molestation of a juvenile.
Logan’s attorney, Casey Simpson, says he pleaded not guilty to the charges.
