ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WROC) — Rochester City School District Superintendent Dr. Eric Rosser marked his 100th day in office amid ongoing challenges, including a lawsuit from the state teacher's union over payroll issues.

During a gathering at East High School, Dr. Rosser addressed the audience about the difficulties posed by the Oracle payroll system, which has led to paycheck problems and a legal dispute with the union.
