MANCHESTER, N.H. —
It'll be dry and a bit warmer on Friday after a very chilly morning, and after a dry and pleasant start to the holiday weekend, more beneficial rain could be on the way.
The Storm Watch 9 team is tracking this potential coastal storm for Sunday afternoon into Monday. You might hear the "nor'easter" term used for it in the coming days, but that does not necessarily mean it will be an especially powerful system. The term is applicable to any storm that includes winds out of the northeast, and if this storm forms, like some computer models say it could, winds could be coming from that direction. As for Friday, after many communities began the morning with a hard freeze, it will warm up with more sunshine.
