BROOKLYN, Ohio -- The third annual Brooklyn High School Hurricane Student Leadership Project, which is designed to empower students to develop leadership skills and create a lasting impact on their school and community, looks a little bit different this year.
“Through leadership training, students develop their voice, strengthen their confidence and design meaningful community service projects that build connections,” Brooklyn City Schools Superintendent/CEO Theodore Caleris said.
“Our hope was to expand this training with another school district in the hopes of developing relationships with other high school students. With my connection to North Olmsted, this was an easy conversation with their superintendent.”
