NORWALK, Conn. — A 33-year-old Stamford man was arrested in Norwalk Thursday evening after allegedly being caught with approximately 113 grams of cocaine, 15 Xanax bars and 17 Oxycodone pills, which tested positive for fentanyl.

Norwalk police issued a report on Friday detailing the arrest of Vladimir Ruales-Espinoza.

Ruales-Espinoza is charged with possession with intent to sell narcotics, interfering with an officer, operating a motor vehicle under suspension, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.

According to Norwalk police, an officer from the department’s Traffic Unit riding a marked police motorcycle made the drug-related arrest
