OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Omaha residents have another opportunity to dispose of large items that won’t fit in regular garbage bins during the city’s second fall cleanup day .
The cleanup event will run from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at designated locations throughout the city, offering residents free disposal of oversized household items.
Residents needing to dispose of tires can visit Metro Community College’s parking lot. Those with old appliances should head to Bancroft Elementary School for drop-off.
ALL LOCATIONS
Large items such as mattresses and couches will be accepted at all locations free of charge. However, organizers will not accept household garbage, propane tanks or tree trunks during the cleanup event.
