MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Shelby County Health Department headquarters at 814 Jefferson Ave. will be open Saturday Oct. 11 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for walk-in immunizations and shot records.

Women, Infants and Children (WIC) services and free sexual health services will also be available during those hours. No appointment is necessary.

The extended Saturday hours aim to provide families in Memphis with greater access to essential health services outside of the regular weekday schedule.

The Shelby County Health Department is only open the second and fourth Saturday of the month.
