TAYLORVILLE, Ill. (WCIA) -- The Taylorville Fire House will be honoring the three teenagers who died in a crash this week with a candlelight vigil.
Early Tuesday morning, three teenagers died in a single-vehicle crash in Christian County on 1400 East Road, near 1100 North Road. On Friday, Taylorville High School paid tribute to the victims during its football game, and now the city's fire house is honoring the three teens.
The Taylorville Police Department announced the candlelight vigil will take place on Thursday, Oct. 16 at 7 p.m. There will be candles provided for attendees.
"Please continue to hold these families in your hearts and prayers," Taylorville Police said on Facebook.
