FERGUSON, Mo. — A warrant has been issued for a man who authorities say forced his way onto a Ferguson-Florissant School District bus with his 6-year-old daughter and then told his child to assault another student, which she allegedly did.
St. Louis County prosecutors have charged 36-year-old Maurice Fox with four misdemeanor counts in the incident. Those include trespass of a school bus, first-degree harassment, and two counts of fourth-degree assault — one related to the child victim and the other to the 64-year-old bus driver.
The incident happened around 9 a.m. Thursday in the 100 block of Frost Drive, according to court documents. Ferguson Police said Fox entered the bus with his daughter at that location. When the driver told him to get off, the suspect reportedly pushed the driver
