EAST PUTNAM, Conn. (WTNH) — No one was hurt after a tree fell on a car Sunday night in East Putnam, according to the fire department.

The crash happened around 11 p.m. on Route 44. The occupant was able to get themselves out of the car and was evaluated by Putnam EMS.

The tree was cleared from the roadway after.
