A Cedar Rapids man was arrested Friday on charges that he broke into the site of a future senior living community in Cedar Rapids and stole a golf simulator worth more than $10,000, and about $7,000 worth of tools.

Kevin Untiedt, 28, is charged with first-degree theft, second-degree theft and third-degree burglary. He’s also facing charges of possession of a firearm by a domestic abuse offender, person ineligible to carry dangerous weapons, and possession of marijuana.
