HOLLAND, Texas — A grass fire is burning in Holland, Texas, Bell County authorities have confirmed to 6 News.

According to a representative from the Bell County Sheriff's Office and the Holland Volunteer Fire Department, the fire is burning in the area of Hackberry Road and Gooseneck Road. The cause of the burn is currently unknown.

Multiple agencies from across Texas are reportedly battling the fire, with an aerial attack being launched from the Killeen airport.

Crews report more than 250 acres have burned so far, and say the fire is 10% contained at this time.

No buildings are believed to be threatened by the fire at this time, and no injuries have been reported. Residents are asked to avoid the area at this time.
