GRAHAM COUNTY, N.C. (WSPA) -- Graham County Schools announced a remote learning day for Tuesday, October 14, after a threat was found in a restroom at Robbinsville High School.
The threat, discovered on Monday, October 13, referenced harm towards teachers, prompting the school administration to work with appropriate agencies to investigate the situation.
The school district stated, "We recognize this decision may cause inconvenience to families, but the safety and security of our students and staff remain our highest priority."
Despite finding no indication of a credible threat, the administration decided to proceed with caution to ensure the safety of students and staff.
