GOLDSBORO, N.C. (WITN) - A Goldsboro teen is in jail without bond after police say he robbed people in a scam to sell them his PlayStation 5.

Amarrii Faison is charged with two counts of larceny from a person and one count of robbery with a dangerous weapon.

Goldsboro police say the 18-year-old Faison met a woman on August 27th on Harris Street to sell her a PS 5. The man snatched the money from her hands and made off.

The same thing happened to a man at the same location on September 6th, and then on September 18th, a man met the suspect on South Taylor Street, where police say his money was also snatched from his hands.

Police say they developed Faison as a suspect in the thefts, and he was arrested Sunday afternoon on Day Circle after a search warrant was served.
