OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - An inmate reported missing from the Nebraska Department of Correctional Services was booked back in jail on Monday.
40-year-old Randy Johnson was booked back in County Jail on Monday afternoon.
Johnson was reported missing from the Community Corrections Center in Omaha in July.
Johnson was sentenced to nine to 13 years out of Douglas County for possession with intent to distribute cocaine and possession of a deadly weapon by a felon. He began his sentence on November 17, 2021.
NDCS says Johnson has a parole hearing set for September and a tentative release date of September 19, 2027.
