Two photos of notorious South Boston mobsters, James "Whitey" Bulger and Stephen "The Rifleman" Flemmi, are currently hanging on the walls of the newly renovated Savin Bar + Kitchen. According to Universal Hub, initially reported in the Dorchester Reporter, the Columbia-Savin Hill Civic Association is not thrilled with the artwork, calling it "offensive."
Recently, Savin Hill Kitchen appeared on the Fox series “Gordon Ramsay’s Secret Service” and had the restaurant renovated based on suggestions for Ramsay himself.
