ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - St. Louis Sheriff Alfred Montgomery was taken into custody after a hearing on Tuesday.
Tuesday morning’s hearing came days after Montgomery faced additional felony charges in federal court. In that hearing, a St. Louis judge ordered him under house arrest.
Montgomery is charged with four counts of witness retaliation, one count of witness tampering, and a civil rights violation
