PHOENIX (AZFamily) — Several emergency crews are actively working to save a person who got trapped on a rooftop in the West Valley Tuesday afternoon.

Details are extremely limited, but first responders responded around 12:30 p.m. to the area of El Mirage and Bethany Home roads.

Video from the scene showed Glendale fire crews using a ladder to make contact that person and get them to safety. Moments later, aerial footage appeared to show rescuers giving medical attention.

Arizona’s Family has reached out to the Glendale Fire Department for more information.
