The City of Madison's Board of Adjustment unanimously approved a conditional use permit for a small firearms business during its regular meeting on Oct. 14.
The application was submitted by Robert Thuringer, with its approval allowing for the purchase, sale and transfer of firearms from his residence on North Olive Avenue, which is about a half mile from the Madison Elementary School. ×
