BELLEVUE, Ill. – A Bellevue man has been arrested after allegedly being in possession of child pornography.

The Peoria County Sheriff’s Office says 26-year-old Rose Magnus was arrested Thursday morning after a four month long investigation.

Deputies say a search warrant was executed at a house in the area of Bellevue Avenue and Plank Road, with electronics that contained child pornography allegedly found.

Magnus allegedly admitted to knowingly receiving and distributing images and videos of child pornography on Kik, Telegram, Dropbox, and Sessions accounts.

He was arrested for Possession and Distribution of Child Pornography and taken to the Peoria County Jail.
