KINGSTON – Danielle Scofield, 34, of Kingston, wife of former Kingston chiropractor, Dr. John Boyle, has been sentenced to six months in jail and 10 years of sex offender probation after pleading guilty to possessing an obscene sexual performance by a child. Visiting Judge James Farrell of Sullivan County presided over the case.

Scofield is also required to register as a sex offender.

Her husband, John Boyle, is still pending in Ulster County Court.

Scofield was found in possession of 26 images and videos containing child sexual abuse material; she also shared several of those images via text message, Session and Telegram with her husband, and other unknown parties.

Anyone with information relevant to this case of Boyle is asked to call the State Police.
