Police are investigation a death in North Haven.

Officers responded to a home in the 100 block of Sackett Point Road Friday afternoon after getting information about a person possibly dead inside, according to police.

When they arrived, the found someone dead inside the home.

The circumstances surrounding the person's death are under investigation and police said it is too soon to determine whether foul play is involved.

They said there was a heavy police presence in the area.

According to police, they don't believe there is a risk or threat to the community.
